Knowledgeable staff but prices are however not competitive. Good place to have a look at gear.

Staff were helpful in quickly locating what I was looking for and the store had so many neat items that you can’t find any where else

Staff unhelpful - ordered a product for me that it turns out I didn't really need, they should have had the knowledge to know what was needed. Good selection though.

Photowarehouse has recently moved to a new premise on queen street. I must say the new location / showroom looks very modern . The only thing letting down this shop is the people working in there. For someone who enjoys photography you will meet the most unpassionate bunch of jokers working in there. They price their products above market price so many times higher than competitors . With the internet and tech savvy consumer , you won't survive long.

I suggest hiring someone who actually loves photography.

A great place to browse and look for something you want to try out. However, don't buy from here as this place is really overpriced. Staff are hit and miss. Some are great and helpful, others are shocking.
Still a well stocked show room and heaps available to look at.
