We purchased our kitten here. We would have left with more than one pet, but we are nearing maximum capacity. The animals were very clean and spunky. We were given plenty of time with the animals. The staff even helped us to the car with our supplies.

They seem to have a decent range of pet supplies but I'm dubious about supporting this business after hearing terrible things about this chain in the SPCA news.

Not as good as animates in terms of selection and this store have alot of foreign staff that dont always understand you

A really nice pet store, its big and well lit. Some very cool gadgets and pet things i have never seen before!
