Paradice Ice Skating

Great experience,loads of fun.Prices were reasonable.Great lighting and music entertainment.Fri night's are always busy.

An excellent place for ice skating, there are also cafes inside which doesn't sell many things. You can hire the equipment from them as well.

I cant afford to pay full price here for my family, so dont usually visit unless I get grabone vouchers, which is atleast twice a year. We thoroughly enjoy it here, and have improved on our ice skating techniques as a result. My 5 year old son can now skate without aid, and is getting more confident with his speed on the ice. They sometimes have disco lights and little speed competitions as well.

Happy to see that there are a couple ice rinks in Auckland.
I come here to watch the West Auckland Admirals (Ice Hockey team in the NZIHL).
Not a big arena so any seat is a good seat to catch the action on the ice.
Arena comes with an area to get snacks and drinks.
Parking available.
Bring a jacket or very warm sweater as the arena is quite cold with no heaters directed toward the stands. (Probably the norm for New Zealand...I'm Canadian so I'm used to arenas with heaters).
I haven't gone ice skating here as of yet so I can't review the ice conditions however I come often for ice hockey games and quite enjoy atmosphere (in my jacket).
