Ottoman Mezze Lounge

Upon our first visit to Queens Rise, we decided to try Ottomans Mezze Lounge for a glass of wine and Mezze platter as we awaited friends. The wine was very good and our platter was exquisite, in particular the sigara borek, falafel and the taramasalata with grilled pide.

We enjoyed our food beverage very much however the service was at yikes, overwhelming beyond the point of hospitable. Staff was friendly however at times excessive in attempting to up sell. It was a beautiful restaurant nonetheless. Highly recommended!

Went for lunch on a weekend and it was quite peaceful, not many people and therefore service quick and good. We ordered Albanian lamb kofte and sultan chicken. Lamb koftes were amazing and the curry was so rich and tasty. Can't wait to have that again. Sultan chicken had a lot of variety and it blended so well together especially with the creamy sauce in it. Although, I'd highly recommend koftes with the lemonade soda which was quite refreshing.
