Opium Cafe

Location is convenient for me which is good. The prices were very affordable but I felt like the food was a big let down seemed to have no love in the food it did come quick but that was it. The coffee though was fantastic I like a strong coffee which I got. Staff were lovely

We went here as we had a bit of time to kill before going to to the nearby cinema at the mall. Opium cafe is in quite a nice spot in the centre of Albany Village, though it felt a little dark inside. The food was very reasonably priced. The big breaky for $20 was decent and had the unusual, though actually quite interesting, addition of a salad and avocado. The only let-down was the sausage which was a hot dog style so not great quality there. Food was served very quick (surprisingly so) and service was OK, though not spectacular. Feels like small tweaks might elevate it to better but if you have a tighter budget and live nearby then it's probably a decent local.

Tonnes of food to choose from and great coffee. Plenty of seating available for dining in, and the takeaway containers and cutlery all bio plastic, that's awesome.

Really friendly staff. The restaurant has had a face lift during the Co-vid There is an awesome choice of cooked meals. A lot more than similar Café/ Restaurant in the area

So many great cabinet and menu options, great coffees and fluffy to keep the toddlers happy.
