I always get great service from the team at One Stop Mechanical Servicing of Ellerslie.
Regular servicing and WOF - no worries; I recently had a mystery bump which they thought was fixed but no... it came back. I went back to them and another exhaustive round of tests found a solution - no extra charge! Excellent service. Happy customer.

It was my fist experience with mechanics and I was not feeling confident because I don't know much about cars. Anyhows I went there.
What I didnt like that they didnt give me a proper written quote what do I pay for. They give it only after my husband called. Ok, maybe it's my mistake I didnt specifically ask for a quote I asked for "how much everything costs and can I get more detail on that please".
Second, they promised to tighten up loose connection on my battery. Whats happened the morning after I picked up my car from them...? Im bending over the bonnet tightening up the loose connection with my finger...
on the invoice it stated that they fixed my wipers. well, they were still pretty squeaky after I had the car. Im not sure what's happened there.
I needed to change my cambelt as well but they didnt offer a complimentary car while fixing mine which is fine not all places do.
I mean theyve done the service, theyve done my WOF but I wasnt impressed, satisfied.
All and all is fine but I dont feel like I want to come back there. I think they do a good job but not excellent. I didnt come back to them to ask about the battery and the wipers I just went to another mechanic.

Professional service. Not too many difficulties for me to communication with them though I don't understand much of car maintenance.
My car's condition has been fully improved.
Great place to get work done in a short period as scheduled. Very reasonable prices.

The quality of the service has always been absolutely outstanding. The work Brad and his team do is always high quality and the turnaround time is extremely quick. Brad always explains things very clearly and always fits me in no matter what time I call. Having used some of the bmw franchise services in the past, service far exceeds this both in quality of the work, price and time.
