Novo Shoes

Bought a pair of nude heels from this store today and I love it so much. The staff here are very understanding and patient in helping you get exactly what you need. One less star because the prices are a bit high!

We recently ordered our wedding shoes from here for my upcoming sister in laws wedding. The shoe we were after was in very high demand, and the lovely sales assistant rung around what seemed like a million stores trying to find all of the different sizes we needed! She was fantastic, and went over and beyond. She then had all of the shoes delivered to one store so that we could pick them all up in one go. I'll definitely be back again to repurchase shoes from here, due to the initial impression I had.

I like getting sandals from here and usually get them in sale cheaper than elsewhere. Not always available in my size (10) but when they have them it's great.

Great quality shoes at a reasonable price. Almost all of my shoes were purchased here, and have lasted me several seasons. Not a huge selection, but love what they do have. However they need to catch up to other retail stores and offer refunds, not just store credit.
