Relaxing chilled spot for quality cocktails and delicious nibbles! Northern Steamship never disappoints whether it's day time or night, the ambiance is always beckoning!

one of the best pubs in downtown area. Huge space, great decor, nice and relaxed, great pub food. Try the beef ribs they are delicious! you can try the entire Macs brew selection here. also a good place to watch the rugby

Great for after work drinks. Starters are best for food. Great service. They made a mess of the one meal I've had there but immediately remedied it.

For post Uni Association Induction celebration we booked into Northern Steamship in Britomart precinct and feasted in their signature platter and I ordered the balsamic pork fillet. The food was lovely not to mention the gorgeous cocktails!

Great pub/bar with a nice ambience, decent customer service and good pub fare like chicken wings, burgers and pizzas. Relaxed atmosphere - great option for work lunch or laid back lunch or dinner on the weekends. Can get busy on evenings with sports fixtures.
