Positive experience visiting friend with new Baby recently. Frustrating children not allowed in maternity ward, but understandable! My toddler enjoyed a fluffy at the habitat cafe in hospital foyer.

The nurses here are so lovely. They are extremely patient, and have a way with words when you're being difficult (my grandad in particular). They always crack jokes with you to make your stay more pleasant and not seem so long, and are the types of nurses to come and fluff your pillow up for you and make sure you have enough water.

Great hospital. Staff very caring, and have always felt listened to and my treatment has been thorough. The food is surprisingly good, hospital is always clean and the rooms well ventilated and laid out. Had a stay here over Christmas, and the hospital was decorated all festively - made things a bit easier.

Mum stayed here in Ward 2. The nurses are always friendly. Hospital food was ok i thought from the looks of it. Cafe in the foyer was really over priced.
