Was asked by 3 different staff members if I was okay and needed help. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Massive sales on at this store at the moment as they are relocating, very limited stock though.
The staff can be a bit too pushy with every single one of them approaching you as you walk round, saying “Hello, can I help you?” (I find that annoying & tiring).

Large spacious store in the busy Broadway area. Had to get my vaccum cleaner that I had purchased exchanged due to faulty part after 2 weeks purchase, the front counter salesperson efficiently sorted out the problem without multiple interrogations, they listened to my explanations carefully.

I'm writing this review for my recent experience with Newmarket Westfield shopping mall store. Was trying to get the manager to do a price match, has to wait for long time. there is no other customer the manager was servicing. after the long wait and not getting any answer from the store manager, I didn't end up buying anything. think that was a bit wasting time. I bought the same item at elsewhere for a better price. Other than that, I like this brand new store, located in the mall is a plus.

It's an awesome place with the newest products great customer service, although sometimes it's difficult to get a hold of someone to talk to about a product.
