Love shopping at New World, the quality of their produce, including the fresh fruit and vegetables and the baked goods are easily the best. The Botany Town store is tucked away but well worth shopping at. The staff are helpful and welcoming and it is usually quick at the tills, which is great when shopping with the kids.

Love this New World. Always great service and great prices. Friendly staff. Everything you need plus lotto in store. Usually easy parking. Love the free fruit for kids option at the entrance.

The layout of the Botany store can get quite cluttered with additions sales stalls near the checkouts. Often when it's busy, people have to queue down the aisles and these extra stands make it difficult for people to move around. The staff here are very helpful though. I find more often than not, staff go out of their way. On balance it's a nice place to shop - just not when it's busy
