My Auto Tech

Staff are super friendly every time I’ve had my car serviced here. Fairly priced they do WOF for $35. They even give me a discount now for been a regular customer. Would recommend my auto tech to all!

Went to Auto Tech to service and wof my car and to also get whatever problems with it fixed. After waiting in the waiting room for 3 and a half hours the car came back in the same condition and no problems were fixed so I was unable to get a wof. At closing time they gave us a hand written paper of the issues with the car and were told we’d receive a quote the next day first thing. No quote was sent and no phone call was made. I spent $260 for an oil change and to be told what was wrong with it but no computer diagnostic which takes 5 minutes. Even though it was a busy day there was another lady who was sitting in the waiting room with us for a good 2 hours, she asked what was taking so long and they had already finished her car but hadn’t told her, they also clipped the wrong date for her wof. The girl at the desk was extremely rude and the whole world could hear her phone conversations, most not even work related. Worst service I’ve ever had and $260 later!! Not one to review but this was unacceptable

Came with one problem and i got two problems now for my car and they want labour cost because they have done another problem

Had the worse experience there everytime, my car comes back worse off then it started with, parts are still missing and they telling me it was never there to begin with, pretty much trying to tell me I'm stupid, door hinges replaced then now the rain comes in through the gap in the door they have made. They stuffed up my alarm and central locking, told me there was never and alarm in it,I talked to the Philippine mechanic and he confirmed he took out the central locking, and then he fixes the alarm. Absolutely worse repairs ever, what ever parts they use, they are already falling apart, my new locking mechanism lasted 3 months, and now is stuffed again. Charged me top dollar for crappy parts. Dont ever go here it's not worth it
