      Mrs Higgins make the best cookies ever!! Theyre soft and chewy, and best to be eaten fresh from the oven. You can always reheat them, which will soften them up a bit after theyve cooled down.

      The biscuits are fantastic! So light and fluffy, sweet but not overly sweet and a decent size per cookie. The caramel chew ones are my favourite. You can reheat the cookies in the microwave and they taste just as good as if they were fresh out of the oven.
