Good store, love the fact you can look at the phones rather than just look them up on the website. Staff were helpful but not pushy and gave me lots of info and choices to take away and make a decision with.

I've had good experiences in the store, and the staff are helpful. However they're always quite busy in the weekends, which is when I get the chance to visit. Sometimes that means a wait of 5 minutes or more.

Many of the services they provide can be achieved via a call to Vodafone customer services on 777, or by using that same number to access the Vodafone sales team. Tip to know - sometimes the online / phone sales team can provide better deals than those available via the branch network. I saved $10 per month on my calling plan by using the phone based sales team (having waited too long in the branch and given up).

One thing the store is particularly good for is the chance to physically see the new phone ranges, and to try them out. That's really handy. And the Vodafone Ninjas are helpful with queries. If they think you're actually going to buy the phone there and then they are even more helpful... probably a good thing given the store is right next to the 2 Degrees store, and across from the Spark store.

Really pleased with the amount of service that one of the guys served me. Our conversation was so naturally flowing, and based his own experiences for the best phone, plan and everything I need beyond my existing plan.

One of the cheapest gas station. Fuel prices are always less than other gas stations.
