Staff are great but had to wait about 30 minutes to see someone this week. This shop is so busy, and there is always a line.

This store is a total disaster to deal with. Retail nightmare! I spent 2 hrs there and all I needed was to give them a crap iPhone 6+ they sold me which is totally dysfunctional and get a loan phone.
They had NO INTERNET ACCESS!!! *Its a communications store for gods sake!! and could not install the software to run the loan phone as it would take too much longer to download using a young staff members phone as a Hotspot.
The kids who work here know next to nothing as they are paid next to nothing. I Ieft with a loan phone that did not work and NOW I cant even call them as the on-line listed landline number takes you on a STUPID joy ride of Vodaphone service options...NONE OF WHICH connect you to this store!!
Zero rating is what they deserve (the least I could give em was a half) nightmare experience and total waste of my time...when my terms up Im out there!

Nice and handy location and I appreciate the paying at the pump service. So much easier than getting a toddler in and out of the car

Was helped relatively fast in this store. Managed to fix my problem on the spot which was great.
