Great range of products with an easy store layout but if you can't find what you're looking for, there are staff who usually know whatever you need to get/do. Only put-off is their competitors have cheaper prices but that's nothing to do with the store itself and more of the business

This is a great store, its really big and has a nice cafe. I needed some help with some renovations and was really impressed with how the young staff member dealt with it. He was very patient explaining everything to me.

This is my fav mega Mitre 10, this love the play area, I enjoy the cafe and there's a great great selection of product, so I always find what I'm looking for. 10/10

Plenty of parking and was really easy to find and in a good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the garden centre. Found some of the store layout a bit odd but got there in the end. Prices were reasonable.
