Great customer services and excellent products, but the prices did seem a little high.

This store has the friendliest warmest sales assistants I have ever encountered. From the moment I entered the store I was acknowleged and welcome. There were lots of happy staff that obviously enjoying there work. I had wonderful conversations with various salespeople at the counter.

Huge store great location. Stuff was easy to find and they stock a good range of products. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Drill was affordable and of good quality, plenty of onsite parking.

I quite enjoy the garden area setting. It is partially indoor and out so you get a bit of both. This store is huge, and has wide aisles for easy navigation. The staff are very helpful and will quite easily point you in the right direction when you get lost.

Great parking undercover. Wide selection. Good deals on special. We had some issues with some plumbing work we had done, the plumber specialist in store gave us some great advise on the part we needed.
The store has a coffee shop and play area for the kids. The play area is gated so you can enjoy a coffee in peace whilst the kids play safely.
