Mexico Takapuna

Nice restaurant, good food but not necessarily traditionally Mexican fare. There is a really good ambience from Frida Kahlo-esque paintings on the walls. Plenty of tequila options too! In a nice location not far from Takapuna beach so good for a short walk afterwards too...can get pretty busy so best to book.

Mexico has made this area of Takapuna so much better. The restaurant is wonderful, the food is just delicious and the staff are super lovely. They get crazy busy so be there early otherwise you won't get a table. They often have different regional specialties which are usually a good pick if you're wondering.

Absolutely amazing place to have dinner just casually with friends or with a special someone. Amazing and fast service as always!
