McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Food was ok and pretty similar to other Mcdonald. Since it is a in busy area, i had to wait for a bit to get my order. Staff were ok.

Big McDonald's store in a central spot of Auckland's CBD. The building is an old style one, however the interior is modern McDonald's and includes a McCafe. The service is really quick given the amount of customers they get and the staff are friendly. Main drawback is it gets a bit dirty with the sheer number of customers coming and going, plus it becomes a popular hangout for the street dwelling population. However don't let that stop a visit, everything else there is positive.

Got a meal with fries, cheeseburger, 6pc nuggets and a drink for $10.7.
I like ordering through the electronic kiosk because I can then take my time to choose what to eat and customise my meal. I customised my burger to no pickle and no salt and pepper and also removed the ice in the drink.

This McDonald's is always very busy and as a consequence the place is usually quite dirty and floors and tables are often sticky which makes it not the nicest environment to eat food in. Also the layout of the store is a bit strange and you don't feel comfortable at all in here. However I do think that all my interactions with the staff have been very pleasant, and have been very understanding when I have food enquiries, even though the store is quite busy so that is the reason for my three stars.

Really dirty. Busy, needs some upgrades. Probably one of the worst McDonald's I have been to in a while. Staff were a bit short with customers and couldn't keep up with how busy it was. Probably won't be going back
