McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Very good brunch. Clean and tidy, recently renovated. The service is quick and efficient. Two levels of seating area, very comfortable tables and good kids play area.

Nice and convenient location. The entry to the shopping area can be a bit busy though. The restaurant is spacious and upstairs seating is available as well. Staff is helpful and efficient. Our order did take longer than usual, but we were kept updated by the staff so it didn't feel like being ignored. Food and beverage quality is high as any other McDonald's. Well recommended.

Every time I have ordered ice cream with my friends from drive through after 21.00 pm, its either not available or the consistency isn't right and its been more than 6 consecutive times that they have offered such service. Sooo not recommending this place!

I like the self-service kiosks. Order your own meal at your own pace, and you can chose to either pay at the counter, or pay at the kiosk you are using. The waiting times could do with an improvement though.

Mid sized restaurant and McCafe. Staff are really good - friendly but also helpful - McCafe staff are happy to take your order upstairs if you decide to sit there.

Never got the feeling like it's all about the drive through customers which is nice when you're eating in.

Only one drawback is the kids play area really has a strong plastic smell which is overpowering.
