McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

They have a new indoor playground here, but I much prefer the old playground they demolished. The new one is only really suited for older kids 4+ with very high climbing structures in which parents’ views of their children are obstructed which makes it impossible to fully supervise your child. There is only one tunnel on the lower levels for the littlies. I really love how there is an order kiosk in the playground area, so you can order while your kids play – genius! Unfortunately their toilets aren’t usually in very nice condition (puddles of water?? on the floor, dirty seats and a broken baby change) ? Food is okay. but after ordering, it gets REALLY crowded with all the customers waiting in the same spot in front of the counter for their food. I really seems like the “fast” in the “fast food” has slowed down lately.

Great place for the kids to play on a wet day. Always packed. New play ground looks great but have concerns parents cant get in there if kids require them. Sat here listening to parents calling trying to get the kids out as they couldn't get to them.

This Mcdonalds was clean and provided fast and efficient service when I was there. I received a friendly greeting and prompt service. The food was nice and hot, making my lunch chilling out with friends that much more enjoyable.
