McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

I went to the Mcdonalds on Queen Street with some friends for an afternoon feed. It seemed to be pretty similar to most other Maccas in NZ, although all the empty tables were (thankfully) clean and the floor felt clean and not slippery it sticky like some other fast food restaurants.

This is McDonald's, we all know what they are like. This one has been here for a few decades, at least as long as I can remember. There is a two-lane drive through that filters to one for serving. They have a McCafe and also the machines that let you order without going to the counter. It is usually busy after work/school as it is right off the motorway, but the service is generally pretty quick. The staff try and keep the place clean but with that amount of traffic there is only so much they can do.

The shop is clean and has great touch screen ordering for custom burgers. The drive thru is quick and hassle free. Some staff could use smile lessons but most are friendly.

Class service and staff, foods always great, but the toilets and tables could be cleaner, but that’s a running theme with these fast food stores

Clean and tidy, average wait time, the playground is awesome though.
