McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

I wont even give them 1 full star, that's how disgusting and rude the workers and managers are. Service sucks! Floors are black sticky and disgusting with rubbish still left on tables, even the kids playground area is nasty. My 4 year old son loves playing, but on that dirty playground is a big no for me - he cant even slide down the slide its that sticky and nasty ugh yuck! Its little things like this that give South Auckland a bad name and reputation smh!

Food: you can’t really go wrong with McDonalds burger, their food never seems to disappoint
Service: yeah their service is pretty good, people need to understand if theirs multiple people, your order is gonna take longer.

I ordered a double mc chicken and fish combo with sundae. I drive away and I see 2 double mc chicken. Both burger was a mess and no Napkins in my bag and my sundae cup was a messy and sticky. Poor service.

This was not a clean McDonald’s, really dirty tables and floors. I think the managers should step it up and get the hygiene standard higher. But the food was okay but does not make up for the bad hygiene. Overall experience was but below satisfactory.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever set foot in. It’s disgustingly dirty, the orders are wrong Every. Single. Time. And the staff just don’t care. I will never purchase from here again and I highly recommend people take the extra time to drive somewhere else.
