McDonald's Restaurants (New Zealand) Limited

Had to stop off at the services between Karaka and Drury for the kids to eat. This McDonald's was very busy and there was a wait for the food. The staff were polite and quick taking the order. There weren't many free places to sit as it was that busy, thankfully we asked to take away our order.

I like to order a kids meal for my wife. We love the toys. The price is cheap and the shop is tidy and clean.

The Papakura McDonald's is, for the most part, always reliable. They're reasonable fast and considering how busy they always are, they're staff attitudes are generally very good.

Very long queues, especially during the holiday season. Service is average, staff could be friendlier, but they are very efficient. Tidy surroundings, but it is difficult to get a seat sometimes.

Food is the standard fare, restaurant can be unmaintained sometimes. Staff are generally friendly
