Seriously worth the detour to Newmarket. Great cheese, foie gras, amazing wine upstairs. If you are looking for a bottle of great French rosé, this is the place... among obviously other fantastic French wine. Try one of their baguettes or other good little pastries.

Best Place to order to buy direct a large range of fine french wine. The Cafe and deli which sells cheeses and an array of french products offer daily specials for lunch. Very Popular with locals in newmarket.
