Very friendly service, and squeezed me in right at the end of the day, even though it was technically too late for me to be asking for 1 hour service. Even followed up with a $10 coupon by email.

Navi was wonderful at the Lower Hutt Store at the Mall. She turned three pieces of treasured fabrics from overseas into a fabulous wrap skirt and two tops. I am extremely pleased and will return. I have had many alterations done at the Westgate store and have always been given great service and every alteration has been done with care and attention to detail. The man that I always deal with is very friendly and always does a fabulous job. I highly recommend Looksmart in Westgate.

The men that served me today were a bit unpleasant. Not helpful at first. Good customer service is the basic rule.
