Went to buy eye drops they always got in stock never disappointed very good customer service

I received great service at the little pop up stall in the middle of the mall. The lady there was very helpful in calling the main store to make sure they had what I needed. Arriving at the main store I was very disappointed by the service. I waited for a long time for help with locating the product I was after, having to go up to a counter and ask for help. The lady there was very rude and didn't speak english. I don't think I will shop here again. Sadly the item was overpriced, but as it was the only store around that stocked it, I bought it.

Huge pharmacy with a large range of products. Was very busy so I can understand people having to wait a bit for prescriptions. I knew what I was looking for so it was a quick in and out for me and I was impressed with the range they had to choose from.

Life Pharmacy Sylvia Park is my favourite place to buy perfumes as they normally have a great sales section at the front of store. The staff is always lovely to deal with and not imposing on your retail experience. What’s even better is complementary gift wrapping for special occasions! Highly recommended!
