La Cigale Parnell Ltd

This is a french market that opens every weekend! My friend recommended this place so I went to this place on Sunday and it was a good experience. I tried French bakery and had a cup of coffee. It was a perfect for a weekend tea time.

Head here on a Saturday morning for the best French Markets in town. For a little piece of Paris in Auckland, this food heaven boasts an assortment of french goodies, from Cheese, to pastries, to a good ol' crepe!
The Wine store attached has a large selection of French wines, and the owner knows his stuff, his recommendations haven't disappointed me yet!

great food! whether it be during the market on the weekends, cafe during the week or bistro in the evenings, the food is amazing. it is on the pricey side of things, but totally worth it and you won't be disappointed! they also have a kitchen shop and french fashion retail section too (again, pricey, but great quality so would be great for those not on a budget or as nice fancy gifts).

I had a carrot cake with long black coffee. The price was reasonable and suprisingly they took my credit card as well! This is a good place for weekend out or brunch.

Delicious pastries and doughnuts here. Also nice boutiquey stalls selling other delicacys - the olives are quite delicious. It gets super busy for parking but is a great market.
