Kokako

it was fairly busy but we were able to get one of the benches in the back. It wasn't until we were at the cafe perusing through the menu that we noticed that the menu was meat-free. The menu items all looked very interesting though.i tried the black garlic mushrooms. Mushrooms were nicely cooked and loaded on top of a couple of slices of toast. It was bigger than it looked.

I went here for the first time today for brunch and enjoyed it! I didn't realise before visiting that it was an entirely vegetarian cafe so that was a surprise at first! But I got the scrambled eggs with a side of tomatoes and it was absolutely delicious!
Would definitely return.

Wholesome selection of food and drink which is always delicious and excellent quality. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

One of the best places for a coffee in Grey Lynn. Decor is really nice and airy with super friendly staff. Good breakfast option.

I have often eaten at K?kako Cafe and always been served with fresh, great tasting food and excellent coffee. The main servings are a generous size and the chef is creative and brings interesting tastes together. Great place to meet friends.
