Kiwi Roast

Traditional run of the mill kiwi style dining. Mixture of fast food fish and chips and Asian and more traditional roasts. Can be a bit on the greasy side but the chicken roast came with lashings of gravy which was great. Staff are friendly too.

I was absolutely appalled when I ordered a chicken roll and watched the woman who served me go into the back of the store, grab a container out of the fridge and reheat bits of chicken in the microwave (which took about 15 minutes even though I was the only customer ordering at that time) along with the fact that there were fresh chicken pieces in the cabinet which they've always used when I've ordered from them, it didn't help that she lied about what chicken she had used when I confronted her either! She told me she had pulled it out from the cabinet and was just reheating it because "she was sure it was hot enough", first off why is your cabinet not working properly if that is the case? but second off I watched her the entire time and saw her pull the chicken directly out of the fridge, I was in shock when she blatantly lied about it and for some reason instead of asking for a fresh sandwich or a refund I walked straight out of the store and chucked it in the bin, now that I think about it that's what I should have done but I wasn't thinking straight, I don't recommend ANYONE buy from here, I'm sure there are plenty of other shortcuts they take to save money too...

I came here when I was starving and had a burger. It was a good six's and it tasted delicious. I had it with fries which were crispy and the service was quick and great.
