Very good vacuum but sales people lie about prices. I was garunteed a fixed price and 15months interest free but that was a lie even though it was written in the contract. My vacuum was paid in the first year but it's over 2years and I can't seem to contact Kirby to stop taking money from me, called them numerous times to resolve this issue but apparently im not in their system and my registration number for my vacuum is not in the system too. Feeling scammed. Very unhappy with them.
