I visited this store with my friend last week. My friend asked for advice on why her plant might not being well and the lovely worker gave her advice to help with her plant. When I was paying for my goods, the sale assistant signed me up to be a member so that I was able to get points. I was very greatful.

Really helpful staff. Not as big as the other branches. But makes up for it in product selection and a lovely cafe.

Stopped in here recently when visiting family (visit everytime we are in the area) as they have a good variety of tropical plants on offer which you cannot get in Wellington. I ended up picking up a few palm trees as the variety offered is better than I can get at home and the prices are cheaper than I can get locally or can have shipped to me. Easy enough to get plants home when we drive between Auckland and Wellington. Will be back.

Great range of both indoor and outdoor plants. Relatively competitive pricing, also have a good wait list structure for rarer plants. Helpful staff.
