      Had a great experience buying my own vehicle.. But when we went to go back to look at vehicles for my husband and wanted to test drive a few cars (despite being customers already) we were treated like criminals and had to have a staff member accompany us on the test drive which was extremely awkward especially having our child with us having to sit next to a stranger. Put us off buying and we chose to take our custom elsewhere.

      Recently bought a car from this branch of Kilburn Cars. The process was quick and easy and they had a good section of stock to choose from. The process of test driving a car was quick and they weren't pushy which was great.
