Knowledgeable staff who give good advice and are really helpful. Easy on-site parking and they often seem to have a sale on (though you do wonder why prices aren't just a bit lower generally). Product quality is generally good. Store has recently been refurbished and feels a lot nicer shopping experience than before.

Large selection of Kathmandu items to check out. Staff are very helpful and quick to assist.

Really good store. Love the clearance section, I always manage to get a good bargain here. They have all the regular stock too but the clearance stuff is particularly good.

Much prefer the Albany Store. This one never seems to have the stock we're after and staff not as helpful and don't order in from other stores for you.
