Whilst the customer service at Kathmandu Sylvia Park is impressive whereby the benefit of signing up to the loyalty scheme entitles you to a further discount, I just found the counter disorganisation with customer queuing confusing and unnecessarily chaotic, adding more wait time. There were so many customers gathered to purchase items and only 2 staff at the counter with more available unutused staff on the floor. Not the most efficient use of personnel at the risk of having willing to pay customers, leave.

A very good shop for all the hiking needs. I recommend to sign up for getting some awesome member only deals.

Large store, really good selection and good set up. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good sale and had some good clearance specials, so items I would not buy if they were not on sale as they are just too expensive, great quality though.

Always visit Kathmandu for all my outdoor gears. Mt Wellington store is great, nice friendly staff.
