The staff were helpful and ordered in an item I needed, once it had arrived in store they notified me and had it ready when I arrived to pick it up - great service.

Came here when they advertised a sale on their camping gears so had to check it out. Ended up buying a tent and a couple of camping chairs for a good deal (was 40% off at the time). The tent was tested this week, and has been doing well in the elements, and we also used the camping chairs at the santa parade recently, which were easily portable as they came with their own carry bags. I also own a kathmandu puffer jacket that I have had for two years and its still going strong. Nice staff.

The loyalty scheme they have gives pretty good discounts.
