      i really enjoy being a part of this gym especially because of their amazing group classes
      my favorite is the HIIT class.
      the trainers are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and motivating.
      Membership is quite cheap if you compare it to some of the other gyms.
      place is nice and spacious and they always play good motivational music.

      Very good Fitness centre, staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location and is easily accessible. Prices are very affordable. Gym always looks clean and tidy, really recommmend!

      NOt my usual gym just happened to be placed here on the weekend. Much prefer the milford branch with womens only area but still great gym. Plenty of equipment and free space.
