      Great clean and tidy gym. Friendly staff. Easy parking too. I go at off peak times to avoid having to wait for gym equipment.

      Very small but effective gym they have a small amount of parking and can be very busy in the morning so i cant really do a full workout in the time frame i have. but the price is good for what it is and i do enjoy having a workout

      I attend the Birkenhead branch very clean a tidy but every time i go in something is broken which i don't like. Its small not much space its always busy have to go in odd hours if you want a good workout otherwise you will be waiting around for the machine you want.
