Very friendly and helpful staff. The clothing designs and range are great and the sizing is perfect. I especially love the jeans, they are so comfy and fit perfectly!!!

i have just brought a new pair of jeans from Jeans west and i am so happy with them. They are the best fitting jeans i have ever brought, i am not sure why but they don't gape when i lean over and they aren't tight in the thigh area. 100% happy.

Love their woman’s fashion range. Often have great sales if you join their vip club. The Botany store is on the smaller size but well laid out. Staff are always friendly and helpful but not pushy.

I was shopping for a couple of new cardigans after receiving a promotional email from Jeans West. The Assistant in Botany Downs Store was very friendly and offered to put a couple of items that I was holding in the fitting room for me. I found one cardigan I loved but unfortunately the other one I wanted was not available in the store in my size. After checking data on her computer for stock in any stores close by and finding non in stock. Assistant offered to order in direct from Australia. Few days later I was called that item was there for me. Excellent service.
