      This store has a great selection of almost everything from electronics, musics, movies, games and other stuff. The staff are friendly and keen to help all the time as well. Best part of it is that they usually offer promotions with great deals!

      Excellent service from the employees. The store is really big has a lot of products and a wide range of brands. They are really honest with the information they provide, which I consider is quite important. Prices might not be the best ones, but they are really good.

      When it comes to buying appliances and electronics jb hifi is my preferred store due to their reasonable pricing. The queen street jb hifi is good enough for cbd, came here for browsing laptop, the staff are really informative and very kind, you would get to see a staff person exclusively on the entrance just to greet the customers and say thank you as they leave. I couldnt find my specifications laptop so anyhow moved to the next jb hifi.

      Worst customer service I've ever had in my life! Waited ages to be served and once I found someone to serve me, they gave me the wrong advice on a phone case and didn't know what they were talking about. Also asked the manager who was just as useless and didn't know more than his staff member. Worst retail experience of my life and I would never set foot in this shop again. Appalling!
