      Found that by shopping around at another JB HIFI I was offered a cheaper price on my 4K TV than at this JB.

      Their prices are way higher than Noel leeming, in my case there was a 30-40% difference with student discounts. Also their sales assistant advised me that Noel leeming didn't have any stock of the item I was after. Would have been super disappointed if I believed the sales assistant because I would have ended up paying an extra 100bucks.

      Their customer service was good. Very understanding and we had to return an item because it was faulty, they tested it briefly and was able to exchange it quickly. We were in and out in 20 minutes.

      I love looking around JB HI-FI. The do really good deals all the time. They also have really cheap DVD's etc
