      We went to Jack Tar on the 21st Nov 2017 and it was AMAZING! When we walked in it wasn't too busy as it was a work day and we went after the lunch rush. We sat inside, although it was quite dark, we had such an awesome view of the wharf and the natural light coming in was amazing.
      The food was amazing, it did take a while for it to come but when it did it was amazing. I ordered the Eye Fillet and it came with more than I expected on the plate. Felt full and satisfied when I left. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone going out for a good meal.

      Lots of wine to choose from. I bet the wine is worth it but it is fairly expensive. They change an additional $15 to drink the bottle there. But it is a small, well run place.

      The food was good, service was good - a bit slow at the bar but they were quite busy. Staff were very friendly however we ended up waiting until 9.45pm for our food when the booking was for 8pm - which was all prepaid and ordered from a set menu as we had a large group for a Birthday Dinner.

      I had my friends 21st here and the staff were so amazing! Food was also so delicious and served quickly. Great range of cocktails and desserts as well. Really nice location on the waterfront and great atmosphere inside.
