      I was instantly captivated with Imperial Lane from outside as the interior was industrial chic and beckoned a visit.

      From the cold concrete interiors, the walls are lined with heaters above the tables and the counter to order is as long and impressive. I tried the spicy Asian prawn salad which was amazing, clean, fresh with stick sweet unctiousness on the large seared prawn cutlets. I had to try the espresso which was lovely.

      I’d like to revisit on a Friday or Saturday evening as they have live music on and it would be a perfect stop for after work drinks to start the night off!

      We went for breaky to this place and had Mince on Toast and The Imperial Full Breakfast. It was nice, and the sausages in the big breaky were especially delish! Would def. come back and try other meals.

      Great place to grab a coffee and brunch. The buttermilk pancakes are delicious - the hazelnut marscapone is to die for. Love the huge range of pastries they have, and the coffee is great too. Highly recommended

      The price for food is a bit too much for the serving size but the atmosphere and the overall feel makes up a good experience. Cozy and quiet, great place to spend a lazy morning to chill and chat.
