Amazing place to watch rugby with friends. Great food, great ambience- loved having somewhere to go that had a lively atmosphere and music, but you could still hear your friends and talk to them without shouting! Food is amazing too- the veggie burger is AMAZING. It's a little pricey, but very reasonable considering it's in Takapuna.

Really enjoyed my visit to Macs. Great food and service, and a fun atmosphere. Enjoyed mixing with the locals - comfy chairs to sit in, to have a good chat.

Love coming to Macs, staff are friendly and efficient, music is good, pizzas are to die for and there's always a great atmosphere. I could spend my life sitting in the courtyard drinking cider and watching the world go by. Best night to go: Thursday

Hadnt been here for a while as it had deteriorated, some of the staff had an attitude and the food was not good, but went for lunch the other day and pleased to say I was impressed with the new menu and what we had was very tasty. Highly recommend the ribs, I loved the flavours and textures on my prawn salad and the home made spring rolls with coconut chicken were a lovely change to the norm. The staff were super friendly and attentive without being in your face. All in all some very positive changes and we will be back soon.

Nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly staff. Awesome selection of beers. Lovely place to go and have a drink and meet up with friends.
