Awesome selection of health foods but also a great range of beauty products - one of the only places I've found that stocks the lip balm I love.

Generally I'm not too fussed about specialty foods - but this is definitely a good choice if that's the kind of thing you're into. I went to this store looking for gluten free options for my relative and didn't leave disappointed. A lot of items you won't see in regular supermarkets which makes things nice for a change. On the other hand - things which are available in regular supermarkets will be a lot more expensive here. So I would recommend this for the specialty items only.

A very good business. Enjoyable coming here but sometimes staff are not that knowledgable - have to find things yourself. Bargains and sale items are great - nice shopping experience most of the time. thank you.
