Howick Historical Village

I remember going here first time in 2000 in a school trip for Intermediate and was awesome seeing the actors in the place. 20 years later went just recently and this time got to look around more and explore place. It has history of early Nz and how life was and also Auckland city. This can be even good for a date or as a group, if you are a reader there is alot to read. I would recommend this to anyone enjoying history.

This place is great - unique grounds with all kinds of old-timey things to see and do. There's even a blacksmith there who really works metal! Very cool!

We came here as a school visit, very enjoyable day in a NZ colonial setting. The children and adults alike enjoyed the dress up by the staff and the butter making. Nice setting with very accommodating staff members, car parking is plenty.

Joined the special event which turned the entire village into the old days look. It was definitely an educational trip for my family to know more about early European lifestyles!
