Homestead Cafe

The menu hasn't changed, but the food has, and not for the better. Too much grease on the cornfritters was not pleasant (they used to be so nice). The portions are super generous, perhaps make them a little smaller and charge slightly less.

Wonderful cafe right beside the historical village. Lovely coffee and great food options almost as good as dining out. Really enjoyed their cabinet food, cassorols and lasagnas are excellent choices. Well worth it.

Great cafe, which is child friendly, has a lovely deck area with seating, on a sunny day this is just stunning. All the food is delish, love their soups and pies! Definitely worth a visit if you have been to the Historical Village or just passing by.

Absolutely stunning food here, personally I think they serve best chips in Auckland! It's been a year, but I still couldn't forget how amazed I was when I had their chips!

Great food, quick service, good coffee, and catered well for a large group. We use good as a start and end point for our group rides, and it's always good.
