Popped in to grab a superscription, staff were really lovely and helpful. Good location, though parking can be hard to find. Well laid out with plenty of stock, good prices. Wait time isn't too long (5 minutes when I was there).

Absolutely wonderful, caring, understanding, knowledgeable, and extremely competent people. Both Roger and Geraldine have always been extremely accommodating, and personable. Often holding the store open well after hours in order to provide me with essential medications in times of need. Fantastic traditional values that you would expect from a store that has been in business for almost 80 years. The two star review from beachdayE is in no way a reflection of the kind of Pharmacy it is. The size of the store and the parking are simply macro environmental problems that are purely a result of the store location. It is located in Ponsonby, any store in the same proximity faces the same external problems in terms of limited store size and parking, that is not a reflection of the quality, efficiency, and professionalism of Roger and Geraldines' experience. 5 stars in an underrating..that is why they have been my family Pharmacy for over 20 yrs
