I stayed here with a friend who was visiting me in New Zealand. The parking was tricky to find but the hotel itself is lovely - feels upmarket, spotlessly clean and modern. The room was quiet and we had a partial view of the Skytower. The lobby was always fairly quiet so the check in/out process was quick. Location is ideal for tourists who want to visit the Skytower, Viaduct, Britomart or Spark Arena.

Staff service is exceptional. The décor is amazing, a mix of modern, chic and historical. Loads of lights to brighten up the place, and food compliments your stay. I love dining here, and spending the night is an additional bonus!

Our room was super clean & the bed was comfy. A wee bit of street noise (we were on the 8th floor) but nothing too bad. Staff were lovely and we did enjoy our stay.
