The staff here sure know there stuff especially in regards to Cruising :) They are in constant contact making sure that your trip is arranged perfectly down to the last detail and have so much experience.

Sadly, this is not the most onto it travel agent around. They managed to stuff a very big trip of mine up in many ways (including accommodation). The manager tried to blame everyone else and did not particular take responsibly. I personally would never use any HelloWorld again because of the experience I had at Howick. Shop around question and be clear. And, if you do use them, ensure they give you the details well in advance not a few days before travel!
